We exist to promote and champion neuroinclusion.
Neuro Unity is a not-for-profit organisation that has been developed to promote and champion neuroinclusion with a clear aim to centralise all aspects of neurodiversity and lead on a standard approach regarding training and awareness campaigns.
Founded by Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS, we consist of a blended team of neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. Some of us have had a lifetime of being neurodivergent and trying to fit into a neurotypical world, while others have decades of lived experience supporting neurodiverse individuals.
We all have valuable experience in advocating and campaigning at local and national levels via the third sector, government commissioned contracts and private enterprise.
Once established and we have completed our testing phase, Neuro Unity will be set up as a community-interest not-for-profit organisation
Our Mission
To create a neuroinclusive world where neurodivergent individuals are empowered, understood, and supported across all aspects of life. Our key aim is to campaign for neurodivergence to be given protection in the same way as race or religion in society
Our Vision
Neuro Unity seeks to unite and bring together everything neurodiversity related under one roof to raise awareness of neuroinclusion for all, enhance accessibility and advocate for neurodivergent individuals.

We are looking for partners and volunteers who are interested in helping make the world more neuroinclusive. We are especially keen to hear from those who are neurodivergent – there is nothing about us without us.
