Welcome To Neuro Unity
Neuro Unity is a community of neurodivergent and neurotypical people promoting and championing neuroinclusion, so that no one has to mask, shrink or fight to be understood. We seek to change how the world treats those who experience it differently.
Dictionary Definition of Unity – “Unity is being together or at one with someone or something. It’s the opposite of being divided.”
Different Minds, One Community
We’re passionate about championing and promotig neuroinclusion. Neurodivergent people should not have to mask, shrink or fight to be understood. Neuro Unity brings neurodivergent and neurotypical people together to change how the world treats those who experience it differently, through practical support, honest conversation and real, lasting change.
Lived Experience At Our Heart
Our team is a blend of neurodivergent and neurotypical people, many with a lifetime of navigating a world that was not built for them.
Practical Not Performative
We deliver tangible outcomes, from accessibility audits to workplace training, rather than awareness for its own sake.
Nothing About Us Without Us
Neuroinclusion cannot be designed for neurodivergent people without them. Every campaign we run, every guide we publish and every recommendation we make is shaped by people who live it. We work alongside organisations, communities and government to build a world where neurodivergence is understood, accommodated and valued.
Everything Under One Roof
Our Knowledge Hub brings together guidance, NHS resources, diagnostic pathways, charities and support services in one place.
Changing The System
We campaign for neurodivergence to be given the same protection in society as race or religion.

What People Say
Our work is measured in the difference it makes to real people and real organisations.
Neuro Unity does something the neurodiversity space has needed for a long time. It brings the whole picture together in one place and it does it with people who genuinely understand what is at stake. Working alongside Lisa and the team on workplace training has shown me how much appetite there is for practical, honest change rather than tick box awareness.
What sets Neuro Unity apart is that inclusion is not something it talks about, it is something it builds. Every conversation I have had with the team has been grounded in lived experience and a determination to make workplaces and communities genuinely work for neurodivergent people. This is an area of neuroinclusion that has been needed for some considerable time and Neuro Unity fills that gap.
Neuro Unity is creating the kind of space I wish had existed years ago. Somewhere neurodivergent people are heard rather than managed, and where families and employers can find clear, trustworthy guidance in one place. The commitment behind it is obvious in everything that Lisa does and produces. Uniting everything for neurodiversity all under one roof is a genius move and one that is very much needed.
Volunteer With Us
We are looking for partners, volunteers, champions and ambassadors who want to help make the world more neuroinclusive. We are especially keen to hear from neurodivergent people, because there is nothing about us without us.
You do not need a particular job title or qualification to get involved, just a little time and a genuine interest in the cause. Tell us how much time you have and what adjustments would help you take part comfortably, and we will work around you.
Every volunteer helps us move a little closer to a world where no one has to mask, shrink or fight to be understood. Whether you can give an hour a month or much more, your time and your voice matter. To get started, email us at hello@neurounity.org.uk and tell us a little about yourself. We would love to hear from you.
