Neuro Unity offers a range of services aimed at fostering inclusivity:

  • Website and App Accessibility Audits: They assess and consult with organizations to enhance the accessibility of digital platforms for neurodivergent users, focusing on navigation, readability, and usability.
  • Advocacy: We actively promote policies and societal changes that support neurodivergent individuals, collaborating with legislative bodies, organisations, and communities to foster greater acceptance and understanding.
  • Support Groups and Meet-Ups: Providing both virtual and in-person safe spaces, Neuro Unity facilitates connections among neurodivergent individuals, allowing them to share experiences and receive peer support from knowledgeable facilitators.
  • Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training: In partnership with Thrive Neurodiversity and Mental Health, we offer training programs to empower leaders and advocates within organisations, equipping them with tools to promote an inclusive culture and provide ongoing support.
  • Campaigns: We raise awareness through various campaigns, including events, podcasts featuring key figures in the neurodiversity space, and awards showcasing best practices for neurodiversity.
  • Policy and Lobbying: We engage with government entities, healthcare organisations, and the NHS to establish frameworks ensuring neurodivergent individuals receive necessary support, resources, and acceptance.

Knowledge Hub

Their Knowledge Hub aims to consolidate resources related to neurodiversity and neuroinclusion, offering:

  • Guides on various types of neurodiversity, such as autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyslexia.
  • NHS resources on neurodiversity.
  • Information on diagnostic processes and pathways, both within the NHS and privately.
  • Details on support services, support groups, and relevant charities.
  • How-to guides and resources to support family members of neurodivergent individuals.
  • Information on navigating relationships for both neurodivergent and neurotypical people.

Through these initiatives, we will strive to build a more inclusive society where neurodivergent individuals are empowered and valued.
